Cirql ("Cirql", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Cirql mobile application and the website at cirql.pro (together, the "Service") — a women-first social app for meeting people through shared plans and places. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

With other members. Your profile (name, photos, bio, interests, general area) and the content you post are visible to other members according to the app's visibility settings. Do not share anything you want to keep private.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your liveness selfie or messages for advertising.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), row-level access controls on our database, and access restrictions on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to any incident.
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate from India and may process and store your information in India and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service you consent to this processing.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
