Welcome to Cirql. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Cirql ("we", "us") governing your use of the Cirql app and the website at cirql.pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Cirql. You may hold only one account, and you agree to provide accurate information and to complete our verification steps honestly.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other members.
Cirql is built on respect and safety. You agree that you will not:
You own the content you create (photos, messages, plans, profile details). You grant Cirql a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
You can report or block members in the app. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or permanently ban members who violate these Terms, at our discretion.
The Service references venues, maps, and other information from third-party sources. We do not control or endorse third-party locations or content and are not responsible for them.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or its members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any match, plan, or interaction will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cirql and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service or from your interactions with other members.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in Maharashtra, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
